Delivery & Returns

  • Dispatch time

    Cookies take 2-5 working days to be dispatched regardless of delivery upgrades, our working days are Tuesday-Friday 10am-2pm.

    Orders are baked, decorated and packaged to order.

    This is plus delivery time, see below for estimates.

  • Letterbox Friendly

    Our cookie cards and letterbox sets are letterbox friendly!

    Our gift boxes and subscription boxes fit through most large letterboxes.

    Orders may be combined which then may not fit, or orders may need signing for.

  • Shelf Life

    Our cookies are baked fresh to order and have a 2 month shelf life.

    Store at room temperature in original packaging or an airtight container for up to 2 months from date of purchase.

  • Dispatch Estimates

    Orders placed on/before Monday are made Tuesday, dispatched Wednesday. 

    Orders placed on/before Wednesday 

    are made Thursday, dispatched Friday.

Standard Postage

We offer FREE UK postage on all orders.

Standard delivery is Royal Mail 48, this takes 2-7 working days to be delivered and is not a tracked service.

You will receive a dispatch number with your delivery confirmation, this updates when the order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail (parcels only, not letterbox)

Please note these estimates are PLUS dispatch time.

Optional Upgrades

We have the following optional upgrades:

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - 1-3 working day delivery estimate PLUS 2-5 day dispatch time - £1.95 per order.

This is a tracked service, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email. Royal Mail offer text updates with this service.

Courier 24/48 Tracked - For orders over 1.5kg - 1-2 working day delivery estimate - £3.95 per order.

Please note these estimates are PLUS dispatch time.

We do not post outside of the UK.

  • Damages

    We package our cookies as best as we can to avoid breakage, however they are a freshly baked cookie so damages may happen.

    Don't worry, they still taste great!

    Be sure to include a photo of your order as well as your order number.

  • Returns

    All of our cookies are made to order, meaning our cookies cannot be returned.

    In the event of a customer complaint, the order may need returning - we do not cover postage fees.
