Delivery & Returns

Please note - due to COVID-19 we are trying our best to dispatch orders ASAP, but we are only baking 2 days a week meaning our dispatch time is 3-7 days - please expect delays. Feel free to get in touch before ordering for an estimated dispatch date!
Although most parcels are arriving in 1-4 working days, the odd parcel is taking up to 14 working days due to Royal Mail delays.
Everyone is trying their hardest during this pandemic to deliver your treats whilst staying safe at the same time!

Cookies usually take 3-5 days to be baked, decorated and packaged ready to be shipped - Our working days are Tuesday-Friday.

Store at room temperature in original packaging or an airtight container for up to  2 months.

Royal Mail UK delivery is FREE on all of our cookies, meaning no extra charges at checkout!
 -Cookie cards and Letterbox Sets are posted Royal Mail First Class (usually 1-2 working days) & will fit through most letterboxes.
-Subscription boxes & Selection boxes are posted Royal Mail Second Class (usually 2-3 working days) in a large letter A4 (ish) box that fits through most large letterboxes. 
Orders may be combined & will then not fit through a letterbox, most are shipped separately unless you upgrade delivery at checkout - they will then be posted together.
 
 
We have a £4.50 courier upgrade at checkout, this is 24/48hr tracked & signed for service* sent via DX SECURED. Be sure to give us the correct email (& optional phone number) and check your dispatch email for a tracking number.
This is 24/48hrs from when we dispatch, NOT from when you order.
If our courier doesn't offer delivery to your area, we will upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. 
*Deliveries can take longer depending on local delays which are out of our control.
We have also added a £2.49 local delivery upgrade at checkout for any NN postcode, this is a 24hr service sent via a local courier service. There is no tracking number for this service.

We package our cookies as best as we can to avoid breakage, however they are a freshly baked cookie so minor damages may happen. Sometimes fragile cookies do unfortunately break/snap in transit, please be aware of this before ordering. We can assure you, they still taste great!

We do not accept responsibility for damaged cookies on International orders, if you would like to order for delivery outside of the UK please head over to our Etsy page (Not currently available).
