We dispatch in 2-5 working days, Tuesday-Friday.

There's a problem with my order

If there is a problem with your order please send over details to hello@gardnerscookies.co.uk

If your cookies are damaged or incorrect, please be sure to include photos as well as your order number.

Help, I don't know who sent me a cookie!

Have you checked the inside lid of the box? If the sender included a gift note, it will be on a white sticker on the inside brown lid.

If there is no note, unfortunately due to GDPR we are unable to let you know who sent it!

How do I cancel my subscription?
