We offer free RM48 postage - this is not a tracked service and usually takes 2-5 working days.

Our working days are Tuesday-Friday and we ship every Wednesday and Friday.

Estimated dispatch dates:

Order on-by Monday, your order will be baked Tuesday & dispatched Wednesday.

Order on-by Wednesday, your order will be baked Thursday & dispatched Friday.

Where are your cookies baked?

We bake our cookies at our family bakery in Northampton, Est. 1910.

Our team of 10 bake, decorate and pack our orders and dispatch across the UK, straight to you or your recipients door.

We have a 5* food hygiene rating.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE on all orders - this is a non-tracked service that usually takes 2-5 working days.

We have upgrades available at checkout (from £2.95 depending on order size) which will include full tracking updates & 1-2 day delivery.

Do the cookies come wrapped?

Yes! Our cookies are individually wrapped in compostable clear bags to keep them fresh and so they’re ready to gift to friends & family.

Our bags are made from natural, renewable resources that are both compostable & biodegradable. Biodegrading will be initiated in a soil, compost or waste-water environment where micro-organisms are present.
