Subscribe to our monthly box and you’ll enjoy a box of freshly-baked, hand iced cookies that have been lovingly made with a different theme each month.

How does it work?

  • Choose your plan

    Choose your plan, either a one-off box or a monthly subscription with recurring payments every 28 days.

    Sending as a gift? Add an optional gift note (This will be the same for each month sent on recurring plans).

    .

    Simply add to cart, head to checkout & pay via card - first payment will get taken straight away.

  • When will I get my box?

    Boxes are dispatched in 3-7 working days of your payment being taken. If you order & pay in January, you will receive January's themed box.

    Recurring payments are taken approx every 28 days from the original date you subscribe, if you do happen to get charged twice in 1 month we will ensure you receive the next month's box.

  • What do I receive?

    Each cookie box contains at least 4 iced shortbread cookies, individually wrapped in biodegradable bags and placed into a gift box with rainbow tissue.

    Each box contains cookies with a different theme, eg Easter, Christmas & more.

    Boxes should fit through most large letterboxes.

Introducing Monthly XL - A box of 10 cookies on a recurring subscription, delivered to your door every month.

These don't have a set theme, they include cookies from our entire range which may include quotes, characters and some seasonal designs.

What's the difference between Monthly and Monthly XL?

Great question!

Our Monthly box is our classic letterbox subscription, a box of 4 cookies in a unique theme.

Our NEW Monthly XL box is a mix of 10 cookies in our newest and most popular designs.

Can I skip a month?

You can skip a month any time! To skip, simply log in to your customer account using the original sign up email and edit your subscription.

How do I cancel?

To cancel, email hello@gardnerscookies.co.uk letting us know you would like to cancel your subscription and we will do the work for you!

There is also a contact form at the bottom of this page.

Be sure to let us know your full name & email address, and give at least 3 working days notice as we can’t cancel scheduled payments.

How many cookies do I get?

Monthly Box: Each cookie box contains at least 4 iced shortbread cookies, individually wrapped in biodegradable bags and placed into a gift box with rainbow tissue.

Sometimes we swap to more, with smaller designs.

Monthly XL Box: 10 cookies with mixed designs from our entire range; may contain duplicates month by month.

Can I request specific designs?

Unfortunately not, our monthly boxes are a mystery box and the designs cannot be specified.
