Cookie cards are approx. 3" round, they come individually boxed and are wrapped in a clear compostable bag inside with rainbow tissue. These fit through most letterboxes.

Labelling Requirements

Due to distance selling laws & regulations, the below information MUST be displayed clearly on your selling platform for the customer to see. Any reseller found not doing this will have their account closed immediately.

Be sure to include your order (colour/shape/icing/design) as well as quantities, company name and delivery address.

Payment & Processing

Wholesale cookies usually take 1-2 weeks to be baked, decorated and packaged ready to be shipped once payment is received.

Payments are to be made via BACS, an invoice will be sent via email.

Our working days are Tuesday-Friday, 10am-2pm.

Shipping

We offer free shipping to most UK addresses, sent via 24 courier.

There may be additional fees for rural areas.

For order over 1000 cookies, orders may be sent via pallet. We will not be held responsible for any extra costs incurred for delivery to non-commercial addresses.

If any damages occur in transit, please email over photos of the packaging and damaged goods.

Shelf Life

Our cookies have approx. 2 month shelf life from when they're baked, we have best-before dates and ingredients clearly labelled on each cookie.

Cookies can be sold after this date for a reduced cost, as long as customers are aware of them being past their best-before.

  • Choose your shape

    Most of stamps have multiple options for cookie shape, including: Round, Fluted Round, Heart, Square, Oval or Rectangle.

  • Choose your icing

    Icing design options include:

    Solid colour, Marble,

    Slight marble or Watercolour.

  • Choose your colour

    Colour options will depend on the icing design, however most colours are available.

    Gold fleck is optional on all, and is standard in watercolour.
